Before ordering, first locate the items of your interest from our extensive catalog.

Easiest way to access our catalog is to go through the alphabetical pornstar index in the home page www.kayparker.net, this lists all the pornstars and themed collections we have available (click and then go to the individual star/theme pages. Themes are Older Women, Interracial etc)

Or else you can search by star name or theme using the search box at the top left of each page.

Can I buy online and pay using my credit card?

YES! We accept Visa, Mastercard!

To order an item, simply click on the tab for that particular item. Say you wanted to buy the Lili Marlene 1 DVD, you would see this in the Lili Marlene page:

Once you click on the add tab, Lili Marlene 1 gets added to your shopping cart. At this point, you can either continue shopping or checkout and pay for the item(s) you have chosen.

To checkout (or view your shopping cart) simply locate these: View Basket | Checkout links. They are usually at the extreme bottom of the page (on newer items, we include these in the body of the pages as well).

Once you click checkout, you will be presented with a page that shows the contents of your cart and also you can choose which type of card you want to pay with. If you want to pay with Visa or Mastercard, simply click on this tab

You will be directed to a completely secure page (URL starts with "https" and not "http" and you will see the lock icon in your browser confirming the page is secure).

To complete the order, simply complete the checkout forms and submit the order.

Once you submit the order, you will be presented with a page that informs you whether your order was successful or if it was declined.

If the order went through successfully, you will (within a few hours usually) receive a confirmation email from us with all details you need to know for your order including estimated arrival time for your order, and when shipping is completed, another email will be sent.

If your order did not go through, you will not hear from us and your card will of course not be charged; Because we find that our clearing banks sometimes decline customers cards we know should have been accepted, we suggest you try again or with another card immediately, usually it goes through. If all fails, please use the 'Contact Us' form and tell us the details, and we will do our best to help you place the order.

To order click on the "Add" tab for the items of your choice, and when you have added all the items you want to, click on the Checkout button and follow instructions on screen to complete your order.

One website charged me an exorbitant amount for shipping; Do you have free shipping?

Shipping is free on ALL orders, irrespective of size, from anywhere in the world! (And we still don't know of a single other website with the kind of content that we have that offers completely free shipping!)

Do you have a secure server/ credit card system?

Yes, our online merchants, EPG uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) via Verisign. You will notice https type address on your order forms. Look for a "lock" on the bottom or your order form in a Microsoft browser and a "key" on a Netscape browser.

Do YOU get to see my credit card information?

No! Your credit card information is NOT revealed to us by our online merchant. As soon as our online Merchants confirm that KayParker.net have received an order from you, we get to work on processing the order (this happens within 24 hours of your order being sent to us). Note that we at www.KayParker.net do NOT have access to your confidential information such as your credit card numbers etc. EPG processes all our credit card orders for us and we ship as soon as they OK your order. I don't like to use my credit card on the Internet, can I pay by money order?

YES! If you prefer not to use credit card to purchase and prefer to pay by Money Order/ Bank Check, please email your order(s), we will send you an invoice by email within 24 hours with all details and instructions to send the payment. Note there is no sales tax on orders from the USA or anywhere else in the world!

How do you ship?

Via registered airmail from Asia. (See next section for information on how long it takes for orders to reach you)

Our shipping is completely secure, discrete and guaranteed to reach you at the times stated below! If for any reason your order does not reach you within these times, we will reship, at absolutely no cost to you. How long does it take for my order to reach me?

All orders are sent by registered airmail from our warehouses in Asia.

US orders: within 14 postal working days from date of shipment (we ship within 72 hours of order being received)

Outside the USA:

UK, other parts of Western Europe (except France, Italy) and Australia/Asia: 10-14 working days

France, Italy, Russia, Eastern Europe, South America : 14-21 working days

We send you an email order confirmation within a few hours of order receipt with full ETA and other details. If in the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will email you within a few hours of order receipt to keep you updated, at that point, you can wait for it to get back in stock, ask for refund, or choose an alternate item. Please retain a copy of this email at an easily accessible place. An unequivocal identification number will be issued for each transaction, and this transaction receipt will mention 'KayParker' so that you are easily reminded of the transaction .

What is your Return Policy?

Within 48 hours of order placement, you may cancel order and request immediate refund.

After 48 hours, once order is received at your end, if for some reason you are not satisfied, then email us as to the reason why, then send the items back to us in the same condition as you received it within 7 days of receipt, and we will refund you in full.

Do you ship overseas (outside the USA)?

We welcome international orders postage is FREE even on international orders!

I live outside the USA and shipping costs from other sites are a lot more than the price of DVDs videos; can you offer me free shipping?

On working days, we offer 12 hour response times. When answering an email from KayParker.net, use the "reply" button on your email program. This method retains all "email histories". Are you discrete? Confidentiality?

Yes. we package in completely plain boxes, and give no indication of the contents from outside. No labels, pictures, nothing. If you request, we can label the movies as General Release movies.
