Our Refund policy:
Once an order is placed, But before the order is shipped by
us, you may cancel order and request refund anytime for any reason. A full
refund will be issued as soon as we receive your refund request and the funds
should show up in your credit card account within a day or two.
Once an order is shipped, if you want to cancel and get a refund, please wait
for the order to reach you, then email us as to the reason why you want to
cancel/ return, then send the items back to us in the same condition as you
received it and we will refund you in full.
If our items arrived in defective condition (or, in the unlikely event, didn't
arrive at all) please email us immediately (at the email address below). You may
request a (free) quick resend, or request a refund. If requesting refund, we may
ask you to return the products first, in any case, first email us before
resending. Note all items are sent via registered mail and if lost, can be
tracked via the relevant postal services.
